Chris BirdEA, CFP
Chris Bird, CFP is a tax expert and national lecturer on individual and corporate income taxes, and real estate issues. His background includes 16 years of experience as an IRS agent, in Springfield, Illinois, where he served as a field agent, branch manager, and training director. He is also a faculty member of the REALTOR® Institute programs of Missouri, Illinois, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Chris is a Certified Financial Planner, and held an Enrolled Agent Card for more than twenty years. He has been a major contributor to the University of Illinois Farm Income Tax School Manual, and an instructor at their seminars held throughout the state of Illinois.

He has presented tax courses before thousands of CPA’s, attorneys and enrolled practitioners groups for many years. He is also a frequent speaker for Professional Tax and Accounting Associations nationwide. Chris has taken and passed the EA exam eleven times while teaching the EA preparation course in prior years.

Robert W. Jamison
Robert W. JamisonCPA, PhD
Robert W. Jamison, CPA, PhD, is Professor Emeritus of Accounting at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI). His principal area of specialization is S Corporations. He is the author of S Corporation Taxation, and co-author of Multistate Tax Guide to Pass Through Entities, both of which are published annually by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business. His articles have appeared in various publications including: Practical Tax Strategies, Journal of Passthrough Entities, The Tax Adviser, Journal of S Corporation Taxation, and The Journal of Accountancy.

Professor Jamison has taught many professional education programs for national and local accounting firms and has developed material used in their continuing education programs. He has been a lecturer in AICPA programs and has authored several AICPA tax courses. He is a chapter author in the Van-Griner Taxation Series of textbooks.

He is a regular contributor to the Land Grant University Tax Education Foundation, Inc. National Income Tax Workbook. He presents advanced and update S Corporation seminars for various states’ CPA societies and to other professional organizations.

Ronald D. Woltjer
Ronald D. WoltjerEA, CSA
Ronald D. Woltjer, EA, CSA, owns and operates a diversified tax, investment, consulting, and financial services practice in Little Falls, Minnesota. His graduate and undergraduate work was done at the University of Minnesota and L’Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Agronomie in Montpellier, France. He has been a member of the faculty at the University of Minnesota, and has held tax and consulting positions in a local association and regional headquarters of the Farm Credit system.

His Social Security specialization has been developed over a period of more than twenty four years. It has included authoring three books, Managing Social Security, Privatizing Social Security, and Strategic Planning for Aging America, and a software model that tracks our interaction with the Social Security system from cradle to grave. His first two books have gone through ten and five editions respectively.

Over the years Ron has authored chapters in both the University of Illinois Federal Tax Workbook and the Land Grant University National Tax Workbook which are used by the IRS and included in income tax courses offered throughout the U.S. His materials have been used by more than 100,000 tax and finance professionals.

Past speaking engagements have included: Best in the West, the NSA Serving Aging America Conferences, AICPA National Practice Forum, NAEA National Convention, H & R Block Franchise Owners, dozens of state EA, CPA, PA, NATP, franchise organizations, and Land Grant Universities.

Linda Wegge
Linda WeggeEA, ATA, ATP
Linda Wegge has been practicing taxation and accounting for 30 years. Linda earned her Enrolled Agent designation in 1996. Practicing in the northern Chicago suburb of Grayslake, Linda’s  firm specializes in a wide array of tax return preparation such as individual, estate, trust, and gift, including corporation returns. Linda is a Fellow of NTPI. She has enjoyed being a public speaker and educating fellow professionals for more than 10 years.
